Sandra Lee Margita

She was born April 25,1948 in Ohio, raised in Bloomsburg, PA , and passed away September 7th, 2022 at her home in Raytown Missouri from COPD.

A Celebration of Life will be Sat 10/01/2022 from 9-10:30am at Newcomer's Floral Hills Funeral Home, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64133.

Sandy graduated from Central Columbia High School in Bloomsburg and worked as a professional secretary.

She was married to Wayne Henry Margita for 26 years, raised 2 children and continued to work. She worked for Market Research while her children were young.

She spent several years each with Venture Stores Inc. & the Log Cabin Restaurant in Kansas City, MO and after retirement made new friends attending Silver Sneakers at the Lee's Summit YMCA. She was a good friend and always offered her shoulder to lean on.

Preceded in death by her parents Mary M. & Mervin B. Kreischer, her half siblings Mervin Leroy Kreischer & Delores Elaine Mayfield.

She is survived by her 2 children Wade J. Margita & Michele L. Sipes, son in law Ryan G. Sipes, grandsons Tristan W. Margita, Austin B. Edwards, Grayson A. Sipes & Kale I. Sipes, along with many nieces and nephews and their families.
