Anna Mae Tucker Crawford

.Anna Mae Crawford, age 93 of Keego Harbor, Michigan died May 24, 2014. She was born May 26, 1920 to Frank and Louise Tucker of Pontiac, Michigan. Anna graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1938. She married the late Alex Crawford in 1946 and together they raised 4 children in Sylvan Lake and West Bloomfield, Michigan. Anna is survived by 3 children: Kathleen (Victor) Martinchek, JoAnn (Maury) DeBell, Janet Crawford and daughter-in-law Joyce Crawford. Son David A. Crawford preceded her in death. She also has 11 surviving grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Anna was a long time member of both Grace and Peace Community Church and the Keego Harbor Optimist Club as well as a contributing member of the Greater West Bloomfield Historical Society. She loved working with Focus Hope, bird watching, crossword puzzles and enjoying the view of her beloved Cass Lake. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Lung Association or St. Jude. Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 28, 2014 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 pm, at the Pixley Funeral Home Godhardt-Tomlinson Chapel, 2904 Orchard Lake Road, Keego Harbor, Michigan 48320.
