

Arthur F. Tarabusi, age 88, of West Bloomfield, passed away on June 13, 2011. Mr. Tarabusi served his country in the USNA, retiring as a Lt. Commander in 1982. He was a fighter pilot with FS31 aboard the USS Belleau Wood in WWII, PTO. Arthur, as a civilian, was a designer at Ford Motor Company and completed his career at Reynolds Metals, where he served as liaison between his company's Southfield office and Bologna, Italy. Arthur enjoyed a long retirement, traveling the world with his wife. He will be dearly missed as the beloved husband of 61 years to Joan M., dear father of Leslie K. Parish, and grandfather of Tammy Novak Dupree. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Jane Davy, along with many nieces and nephews, and predeceased by brother Victor and sister Elsie Beaune. Memorial services will be scheduled later at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Mi.
