I’m blessed to have had such a good father. From the beginning he was a girl Dad. My sister Renee and I were proud to call ourselves daddy’s girls. I was young when me and my mom Toni, moved to California, but that never stopped him from being the best provider. I know I will always have endless love for him.
I will always be so thankful for Doris, the way she loved him, and took care of him is just a reminder to us all of what, through sickness and health truly means. ❤️

My father in law was just the kind of person I needed in my adult life. I coveted the times we would talk about my career pursuits. When things didn’t turn out the way I expected, I was always concerned that he would be disappointed in me and not feel good that he in trusted me with the care of his daughter. But he understood the pitfalls of (corporate) life. He knew just what to say to me to get my confidence back. And because of that I always wanted him to be proud of me. He was my hero. I loved him dearly and will miss him tremendously.
