Frank was a wonderful man. He worked hard at Scotch School and I had the pleasure of teaching two of his children . He shared a lot of stories about West Bloomfield with me.

I worked with Frank for many years at Scotch and had the pleasure of teaching two of his wonderful children, Tom and Jenny. You could tell he was a wonderfully loving father. RIP Frank.

My husband Keith worked with Frank at Scotch Elementary School. When Frank retired Keith was a custodian at the school and moved on to become plant engineer when Frank left. I got to know Frank very well as I would go and have lunch with my husband while he was working. He was a true historian for the area and when he retired he gave me a few things he had collected over the years for Apple Island. He was an amazing man with a generous and caring heart. I am so sad to hear of his passing and will keep Frank and all his friends family and loved ones in my prayers. God blessed. May Franck rest in peace.

Frank and Nancy gave me a tour of the “old Scotch” school a few years ago to share memories and history as we documented the history of the West Bloomfield School District. He even showed us where he had signed the wall in a back staircase after he completed installing a much-needed handrail. Thankful to be able to pick his memory for our project.
