Gary Ludwig

Gary R. Ludwig, age 77 of West Bloomfield, October 28, 2010. Loving Husband of M Eileen, dear father of Bryan, the late Chris, Lori (Tom) Ferger, Tracy (Mike) Chepil, Tim, Shannon Carravallah and Kip (Sarah); proud grandfather of Amber, Ashlea, Brittany, Christian, Christina, Jessica and Colin; also survived by his sister Doreen (Bill) Motz. Gary received his Doctorate in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Toronto and served his career in the research of jet engines with Cornell Lab., Calspan and Williams Research. An avid fisherman and awesome beef jerky maker, he will be remembered most for his many noble acts as husband, father, grandfather and friend. Funeral Mass 11 am Monday, November 1, 2010 at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church (visit 10:30 until time of service).
