My sister and I were saddened to hear of Gary's passing. We grew up with Danny, Brian and Janice but we knew Gary as well. He was an excellent golfer. Our condolences to his family. God bless you Gary.

My sincere condolences on the passing of a fellow veteran. While I did not know Gary West personally, I did know his fine son Brandon. If a person's legacy is a reflection of his family and his service to others, then Gary West has certainly left a positive mark on others and accomplished much through his life. Rest in peace Mr. West. My thoughts and prayers are with the West family.

I was so sorry to hear of Gary's passing. My prayers and thoughts go out to you and the entire family. He sure was a great guy and will be missed by all.

I enjoyed the many times that we played golf together at Bogey Lake.  He will be missed.  My condolences to his family and friends.

Many prayers for the family for their loss.  So sad for the passing of this man.  I did not know him but he sounds like he was an exceptional human being.

I was so saddened to hear of Gary's death.  What fond memories I have of Gary and his partner in crime, Jim Strine. As stressful as the day could go in the district, when he walked in everything was better. We grew up together, went to school together, worked together and laughed a lot together.  My heartfelt sympathy to you Sally and the family.  We lost a really good one!

"THIS" is not funny Gary, and you left us way too soon.  Sally and family, Gary was 1 in a million.  I worked with him at West Bloomfield Schools and he and Jim Strine were like Abbot and Costello and always up to mischief..  Gary always had a sly grin on his face that made you wonder just what he was up to.  Anytime I saw him he made the day brighter.  My deepest sympathy and may he keep the angels smiling!

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Gary's passing.  I have fond memories of our high school days and the fun all of us had. My condolences to the family.

My sincerest condolences to Sally and the family.  Gary and I worked together at West Bloomfield Schools for 25 years and he always kept me laughing.   I can still hear him coming down the hall to my office hollering, "Richards" before he walked through the door.   I am so very sorry to hear of his passing.  May he rest in peace.  May God give peace and comfort to those he left behind.

My sincere condolences.  I feel so fortunate to have been able to spend time visiting at the past WBHS 50 Yr. class reunion with Gary, Sally and Mary.  I know God has a special place in heaven for Gary.
