

Julia Ann Mazza, age 95, of Waterford,was born July 7, 1930 in Pontiac, and passed away June 18, 2026 in Rochester Hills. Beloved wife of the late Robert Mazza. Loving mother of Nancy (the late Stephen Alexander) Mazza, Michael Mazza, and Sarah (Thomas) Beauchamp. Cherished grandmother of Anthony (Jennifer) Alexander, Jacob Alexander, Robert Mazza, Blake (Lindsay) Beauchamp, Noah Beauchamp, Brooke Beauchamp, Kendall Beauchamp, Aidan Beauchamp, and Audrey Beauchamp. Treasured great-grandmother of Juliana Alexander, Angelina Alexander, Ashton Beauchamp, Carter Beauchamp, Bella Beauchamp, and Emmett Beauchamp. Dear sister of James (the late Delores) Spadafore. She was also a proud aunt of many nieces and nephews and will be missed deeply by her extended family and many dear friends. Julia was preceded in passing by her parents, Joseph and Virginia Spadafore; and her sisters and brothers-in-law, Theresa (Ralph) Mazza and Betty (Joseph) Puertas.
Julia’s faith in God and her love for Jesus were the foundation of her life, guiding her with kindness, compassion, and grace. She found her greatest joy in being a devoted homemaker, loving mother, and exceptional cook, always making others feel welcome through her care and hospitality. Julia also had a special love for children, cherishing the time she spent caring for them as a nanny and touching countless young lives with her patience and nurturing heart.
Memorial Mass will be held Monday, July 20, 2026 at 10:00am at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 80 S. Lynn Street, Waterford. Following the Mass, family and friends are invited to a memorial luncheon at Gino's in Keego Harbor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to St. Benedict Catholic Church.
