Julio J. Vargas IV, age 20, of Rochester Hills, was born November 28, 2004 and passed away September 18, 2025. Julio is survived by his mother, Nicole, his father, Julio III, and his older sister, Diane. He was a kind and caring soul, deeply loved by his family and friends. Julio took great pride in serving as an EMT with Superior Ambulance. Beyond his work, he was an avid sportsman, hunter, and car enthusiast, passions that brought him joy and connection with those around him.
