Luciano Berti

Luciano ‘Lou’ Berti, age 61, of Keego Harbor passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday December 20th, 2016. Beloved husband of Carol. Dear son of Alfredo (late Valentina). Loyal brother to Walter (Elizabeth) Berti. Cherished uncle to Catherine, Victoria, and Anthony Berti and Jer imiah. He was predeceased by his mother Valentina and older brother Mauro.

Lou was born in Detroit on September 16, 1955 to Alfredo and Valentina Berti. He graduated high school in Southfield and married Carol Wallis on September 15, 1984.

Lou's passion was fishing, known by many as "Lunker Louie." Lou enjoyed teaching kids in his neighborhood how to fish. He said fishing would keep them out of trouble.

The family is planning a memorial service to be held at a future date.
