Nancy Carol Holden

Nancy Carol Holden, age 83, of West Bloomfield, was born September 26, 1942 and passed away peacefully February 25, 2026. Loving mother of Jacqueline Holden, Michael (Pam) Holden, and Jason (Heidi) Holden. Proud grandmother of Chloe (Nick) Althoff, Jack Holden, and Melanie Holden. Dear sister of Donald McWhorter. Nancy will be missed by numerous other family members and friends. Nancy was preceded in passing by her beloved husband, Jack Holden; her brother, Bill McWhorter; and her parents, Donald and Lillian McWhorter.

Nancy was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother who truly relished every moment with her family. She loved her friends and had a rare gift for making new ones wherever she went. With every move to a new town, Nancy reinvented herself, embracing the challenge of a new job or career with courage and determination. She often put her own wants aside to provide her children with opportunities, always putting family first. Nancy knew how to have fun, whether bowling, playing golf, or enjoying a good card game, and she generously donated her time to youth organizations and charities. She traveled to wondrous places around the world and lived a joyful life filled with friendship, love, and deep devotion to those around her.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 1, 2026 from 2:00pm until 6:00pm at Family Funeral Care, 2904 Orchard Lake Road, Keego Harbor. Burial at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly.
