Patricia A. Platten Ellis

Ellis, Patricia A. age 87, passed away on November 18. 2011. Devoted wife of Arthur for 61 years, loving mother of Michael (Gayle), John (Kathy), Patricia (Fred) Weber and Barbara (Darryl) House; proud grandmother of 13 and great grandmother of 6. Also survived by her brother Howard (Peg) Platten. Preceded in death by parents Howard and Jeanette Platten, a brother John Platten and sister Jane Dodge. A long time member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, she will be remembered for her many years of volunteer work at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Crittendon Hospital and Pontiac Catholic High School. Patricia enjoyed spending time with her family and lending a hand whenever possible.

Visitation will be held on Sunday November 20, 2011 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at the Pixley Funeral Home Godhardt-Tomlinson Chapel, 2904 Orchard Lake Road in Keego Harbor.

Patricia will lie in-state beginning at 10:00 am until the time of Mass at 10:30 am at on Monday November 21, 2011, at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 80 S. Lynn St. in Waterford.
