Paul Lawrence Grismer

Paul Grismer of West Bloomfield passed away October 12th, 2016 at the age of 76. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 22nd, 1940. Paul graduated from Bentley High School. He was married to Jo Anne Grismer on September 14th, 1963. Paul worked for Detroit Edison for 39 years as a dispatcher. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and had a passion for camping. Paul is survived by his loving wife Jo Anne Grismer; his children Peter (Vickie) Grismer, Robert (Maureen) Grismer, Mark (Cleo) Grismer, Teresa (Mike) Grismer, Anne (Steve) Sloney, and Andrew (Agnes) Grismer; his grandchildren Bailey Sloney, Amy (Matt LeFebvre) LaMarre, Amy (Barry Nelson) SearFros, Nick (Jordan) Sloney, and Chris (Heather) Grismer; his great grandchildren Sky Seafros, Erin LeFebvre, and Luke LeFebvre; and his sisters Kay Grismer and Mary Scott. Visitation will be held Friday, October 14th, 2016 from 3-8 p.m. with a Rosary Service at 7 p.m. at Pixley Funeral Home Godhardt Tomlinson Chapel, 2904 Orchard Lake Rd., Keego Harbor MI. The Funeral Service will be held Saturday, October 15th, 2016 in-state at 9:30 a.m. with the service beginning at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church, 3700 Commerce Rd., Orchard Lake, MI 48324. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Diabetes Association .
