Scotty, was always my favorite person to work with at Mexico Lindo. Even after all these years he still messaged me on my birthday and gave me the biggest hugs when he saw me stop in. He always made my day, he was so kind. My sincerest condolences and prayers to Paula and all of Scott's family. May he rest in peace.

I worked with Scott, at Mexico Lindo, in the late 70's for several years.
I do remember Scott to to be a very kind person, that always gave 100%.
The Quintana family always treated everyone at Lindo, like extended family.
Scott's family and the Mexico Lindo family, have lost a special person.
My sincere condolences.
