Zita Grazis, age 99, of Waterford, was born on September 1, 1926, and passed away peacefully at home on August 10, 2026.Dear wife of the late Alfonsas Grazis. Loving mother of Aldis (Sharyn) Grazis and Sylvia (the late Kevin) Duggan. Proud grandmother of Kristin (Keith) Jones and Todd (Shawn) Marconi. Treasured great-grandmother of 8 and great-great-grandmother of 3. Zita will be missed by numerous other family members and friends. Zita was preceded in passing by her parents, Antonas and Elizabeth Galminius; and her sisters, Louise and Vanda.
Zita had a beautiful love for butterflies, which reflected her own free and adventurous spirit. She loved to travel and was fortunate to experience many wonderful places throughout the world, creating cherished memories wherever she went. Zita truly embraced life and all the beauty it had to offer. Her love of adventure, her gentle spirit, and the joy she found in life will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
