

Born October 27, 1938 in Logansport Indiana to John and Helen Watts who have preceded him in death. Siblings included IvaJean Watts, Linda Sellers. Brothers, Paul, John, Terry, Fred Watts.
Mr. Watts became a brave and loyal soldier when he joined the US Army in 1956. After joining the US Army he met his wife, Annelore Krautwurst in Pirmasens Germany in 1958 and the two married August 14, 1959 in Baumholder Germany. The Watt' moved to numerous assignments before settling down at FT-Hood Texas. Mr. Watts was assigned to Signal Corp while in the US Army and proudly served two tours in Vietnam. Mr. Watts earned numerous awards and citations from the US Military including and not limited to the Bronze Star, Good Conduct metal (with silver 4 loops), National Defense Service metal, Overseas Service Ribbon, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal (with 4 Bronze Service Stars).
After retirement from the Military in 1983 Mr. Watts started his second career with Time Warner Cable in Killeen, where he worked as an installer, warehouse, and construction divisions. He retired from Time Warner after 26 years of service.
Allen is survived by his wife, Annelore Watts of Killeen, his children, daughter Patricia Wolff (Watts) and son Michael Watts. His 6 grand-children, Renee Wolff, Amanda Hernandez, Alexandra Wolff, Alexander Wolff, Stephen Wolff and Shawn Wolff. His two great grand-children, Xavier Archambeault, and Antonio Hernandez. Mr. Watts was a patient and loving husband and father.
Visitation will be Tuesday September 15, 2015 at 6:00pm-8:00pm at Crawford and Bowers Funeral Home. Gravesite services to be held at 12pm on Wednesday September 16, 2015 at the Texas Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
