Annabelle "Belle" Elizabeth Dennis

Annabelle (Bell) Elizabeth Dennis, 87, of Killeen passed away February 8, 2017 at her home in Killeen. Visitation will be held from 3:00-5:00pm, Sunday February 19, 2017 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Killeen. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Monday February 20, 2017 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Killeen. Burial will follow at Killeen Memorial Park Cemetery.

Bell was born on July 26, 1929 in New Orleans, LA. She attended high school in New Orleans. Later graduating from Katie's School of Cosmetology in 1966. Bell married Linster F. Dennis in New Orleans, LA in 1950. They had 5 children together. As an Army wife, they were stationed in numerous military bases around the US and stationed in Nuremberg, Germany and traveled to many places in Europe. Returning back to the US they settled in Killeen, TX where she worked as a nurse's aide in the Killeen School District. Bell loved to gamble and made many trips to Las Vegas and LOVED Bingo! She could drive to Redman Bingo Hall on Hallmark Road blind folded and make it back home to put her poodle Cookie to bed!

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Linster F. Dennis, and her parents Catherine S. Marsh and Talmage L. Marsh.

Bell is survived by her five children, Kay Newton, Linster Dennis Jr., Michael Dennis and his wife Rose, Leasa Dennis and David Dennis and his wife Bambi, 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Bell will be missed by all who knew her.
