Funeral services for Beverly Faye Duttwyler will be held Friday, January 28, 2022, at 12:00 pm at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen, TX. Viewing will be held at 11:00 am prior to the service.
Mrs. Duttwyler, of Temple, TX passed away, January 20, 2022. She is preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy F. Duttwyler and her brother-in-law, Bill Rock. Survivors include her daughter, Mollie Harris, son-in-law, Michael P Harris and grandson, Tristan Harris, of Belton, TX; her sisters, Celeta Moses and husband Doug, of Wharton, TX, Billie Raye Rock, of Bourne, TX, Pat Ruck and husband Jim, of Rancho Mission Vilejo, CA and her brother, Jon Michael Hutchens and wife Kathleen, of Sweeney, TX and many nieces and nephews.
Beverly Faye was born on September 1, 1936 in Tyler, TX right along with her fraternal twin sister, Billie Raye. She married LeRoy Duttwyler on December 27, 1957 in Houston, TX. They moved to Harker Heights, TX when he retired from the military in 1972. Beverly worked for Montgomery Wards for 25 years before retiring in 1987. She went on to work for Oshman’s Sporting Goods in Killeen, TX for several years before retiring for good in 1998.
Beverlys’ pride and joy was her grandson, Tristan. She always let everyone know about his accomplishments and milestones. She was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and liked to collect anything Cowboys.
Donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association and the American Cancer Society. Flower arrangements are being made through Flowers with Amour in Harker Heights, TX.
