Dale Arthur Bruggeman

November 14, 1931 – March 19, 2014

Dale Arthur Bruggeman was born near the small town of Edcouch, Texas in the Rio Grand Valley, along with two older sisters to the late Arthur H Bruggeman and Ethel A Hartman. He passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2014.

Dale was the Husband and best friend to the love of his life, Ruth Bruggeman who he was devoted to for 58 years and from this union four children three girls and one son were born.

He was a contractor for over fourty years building homes on the outskirts of Harker Heights, TX., as well as serving his country in the U.S. Air Force.

Dale is survived by his wife Ruth Bruggeman his son, Ronald Bruggeman; daughters Debra Hoffman and husband Bob, Pamela, and Jacqueline.

He also leaves to cherish his memories two grandchildren, Michael and Jason Hoffman; three great-grandchildren Aiden, Allison and Leland.

He will be greatly missed by his friends and the community of Harker Heights – Killeen, TX. which he help to grow and develop.

A time of visitation will be held at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm with the funeral service on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 9:00am at Crawford-Bowers following with the burial at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery at 11:00am with Military Honors.
