Sgt. Dennis LaMonte Lee

Funeral services for Sgt. Dennis LaMonte Lee, 37, of Killeen will be at 11:30 am Monday, September 12, 2011 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. Rev. Sandy Davis will officiate. Burial with military honors will follow in the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. A wake service will precede the service at 11:00 a.m.

Dennis departed this life on the morning of August 26, 2011 at Fort Hood, Texas.

He was born on March 12, 1974 to the parents of Brenda G. Lee and Harold L. Lamar.

Dennis was truly loved by all that got to know him; and those of us that knew him, knew him as always pulling pranks and engaging in projects that were adventurous. He brought laughter to all that was in his presence.

Dennis joined the United States Army in May of 2006; he loved being a Sergeant in the United States Army; it was his passion.

Dennis leaves to cherish his memory; his loving wife, Kayce Nicole Lee; son, Dennis LaMonte Lee, II; son, Dennis Nathaniel Lee; stepson, Chatzen Love; loving mother, Brenda Lee; loving father, Harold Lamar; loving sister, Michelle Lee; loving brother-in-law, Shon Washington; loving brother, Derrick Lee and a host of other relative and friends.
