I was so sad to learn of another death in the Hosick family.  At the same time, I think of all the rejoicing in heaven with her parents and Steve. 💗  Donna always went out of her way to show her love for Steve and me; I remember her phone calls early in our marriage, thanking me for coming into Steve’s life - and those calls meant the world to me. She was always so positive and had such a loving nature, and I felt that inclusion and love.  I admired her greatly for all her dedication with the children at Grace Lutheran School. 

To Randy, Debbie, Alice & Tommy - David, Sam & Carol - as well as all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren:  I know you are lost & feeling empty without her right now, but remember what a beautiful day it will be when we are all joined together in the next life, never to say goodbye again.  In the meantime, lean on the wonderful memories of Donna that we all have, and her unending and unconditional love for her family.  She was certainly a good example of Christ-like behavior to each and every one of us ❤️

Ms. Donna meant the world to our family.  She taught all three of our children at Grace Lutheran.  She had a heart of gold and wore it on her sleeve.  She always had a kind word, sage advice, or a hug for all of us crazy momma’s.  She consistently reminded us to keep the big things in perspective and to enjoy our time with our children at every stage....even when they were throwing fits, biting their classmates or refusing to share.  She always had the right words at the right time.  In the picture, our class had just presented Donna with a mug with the children’s photos on it.  You can see  just how much our babies meant to her.  We couldn’t help but love a person who loved and cared for our little ones like Donna did.  She was an angel among us. I remember there.was a time she taught vacationbible school and I was in her class and all the other children would have to call her. Mrs.Donna and I would call her aunt Donna and the other kids would ask her why does he get too call you anunt Donna instead of Mrs. Donna.

So sorry for your loss Phil. Never met your sweet wife. But you always talked about her. How she worked so hard. 
May she Rest In Peace. Donna is in good hands.

To my loving sister Donna, we shared a lot of memories over the years. During our early years we were inseparable and enjoyed doing things together. Then we grew up and went on our separate journeys in life. Later I moved back to Texas with my family and we enjoyed our family get togethers with each other’s families. 

Now you’re with Mom,Dad and Steve celebrating the glory of God and preparing a place for the rest of us.  

To Randy, Tommy Debbie, Alice and your family my condolences for the loss of your Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.


I only met you once on screen time while I was at your son's. But Tommy lived you very much and spoke of you often.  You have to have been a great mom because you raised a very kind and loving son who helps anyone in need. That could only be possible because of great parenting.  I hope your at peace in heaven. I sure god is watching over your family with you by his side.

Our hearts are heavy with the lost of my only sister Donna💕 once again another piece of our hearts in the family has joined our other family members. I hold close so many happy and funny memories we have had together over the years. The many family get-togethers we enjoyed to keep the family close. My heart goes out to her family and our love.
