Elisabeth Charlotte Dunivan

Elisabeth Charlotte Dunivan, of Killeen, Texas, passed away on March 5, 2026 at the age of 97.

She was born June 5, 1928, in Siegenburg, Kelheim, Germany. Elisabeth grew up in Germany and in 1948 married William Ray Dunivan Sr. Following their marriage, she moved to the United States, where they built their life together and raised their family. Over the years they lived in several states before eventually settling in Killeen, Texas, where she remained for the rest of her life.

Elisabeth worked for many years at the Cow House Restaurant and later at the Officers club on Fort Hood, where she enjoyed her work and formed many lasting friendships.

She is survived by her daughter, Peggy Cobb; her sons, William Dunivan Jr. and Ricky Dunivan; as well as many beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Ray Dunivan Sr. and grandson William Dunivan III.

Elisabeth will be remembered by those who knew and loved her for her strength, incredible cooking, dedication to her family, and the many friendships she made throughout her life.

Services will be held at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home, Killeen on Tuesday, March 10th at 2pm.
