Mr. Foreman died Aug. 31, 2010, at his home. He was born Oct. 2, 1931, in Slope County, N.D.
Survivors include his wife, Bernice Foreman; sons Dwight Allen, Kenneth Allen; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen is in charge of arrangements.
