Eugene Gordon Godshall, 84, of Killeen, passed away on October 18, 2016 at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas. Gene was born on May 28, 1932 in Newark, New Jersey. Gene met and married his loving wife Elke in 1962, who survives him. Also surviving are his eldest son Michael Godshall, wife Lois, granddaughters Tina and Diane, grandson Ray, 3 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Middle son Gary Godshall, wife Margaret, granddaughters Kaley and Hope and grandson Dylan. Youngest son David Godshall.
Gene was a long time resident of Killeen where he lived since retiring from the United States Army and Civil Service duty. Burial arrangements will be handled by Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, with internment at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 SH 195 Killeen, Texas 76542 October 21, 2016 9:00am. The family request that in lieu of flowers a contribution to the Wounded Warrior Project be made.
