Frank was born March 22, 1954 in Dallas, Texas. When he was young, he moved to Killeen, Texas where he eventually went on to join the U.S. Army.
After leaving the Army Frank became a heavy equipment operator for nearly 40 years. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, racing and even more so loved motorcycles.
Frank is survived by his wife Betty of 33 years, children, Chris (Crystal), Jennifer (James), stepchildren Glenda, Jamie (Amber), grandchildren, Justin, Jessica, Amanda, Tracy, Tyler, Ashley Sara, Kiera, Gunnar and numerous great grandchildren.
