Funeral services for Gladys L. Gardner, 85, of Killeen, will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Killeen. Rev. Jack Husung will officiate. Burial will follow in Killeen Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Gardner passed away Friday, August 5, 2011 at her home in Killeen.
Gladys Laverne was born January 13, 1926 in Killeen to William Fred and Elizabeth (Doersam) Husung. Gladys was a member of the First Baptist Church and was very active with the church Benevolence Fund.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold R. Gardner on November 3, 2005.
Survivors include two sons, Don Gardner and his wife, Michelle, of Moody and John Gardner of Killeen; a daughter, Judy Spray of Killeen; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the First Baptist Church Benevolence Fund.
The family will accept friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen.
