Herbert E Paulman

Herbert Edward Paulman, born July 20, 1959, in Hartford, Connecticut, passed away January 28, 2025, in Fort Cavazos, Texas. He was 65 years old.

Herbert proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy for over 21 years before retiring with honor. His dedication and commitment to service were a testament to his character and values.

He was a devoted husband to Ching Paulman and a loving father to his daughters, Rachel Paulman and Rebecca Blundon (nee Paulman). Known affectionately as "Pop-Pop," he cherished his role as grandfather to Josiah Paulman.

Herbert will be remembered for his compassion and kindness. He had an ability to connect with others, often turning strangers to friends through his warmth and genuine nature His presences brought comfort and joy to those fortunate to know him.

A funeral service for Herbert will be held Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, 1615 South Fort Hood Road, Killeen, TX 765421654. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 State Highway 195, Killeen, Texas 76542.
