Services for Jay William Herman, 63, of Killeen will be 12pm Wednesday March 2, 2016 at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery with military honors. He was born April 18, 1952 in Phillipsburg, NJ and passed away February 27, 2016 in Killeen. He is preceded in death by his father and mother; Harry and Wilma Cougle Herman. Survivors include wife; Christine Herman, daughters; Elaine Cloud, Jennifer Smith, and Lisa Young, son-in-law Roger Smith, grandchildren Kylie Cloud, Easton Matsi, Caymen Smith, Makinna Smith, Paisley Smith, Quentin Terry, Antonio Young and Tyree Young, sisters; Elaine Koval and husband Marty, and Harriet Watkins, nephews; Brian Koval and Scott Koval and numerous other family members. Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen is in charge of the arrangements.
