

Jean Marie Reavis Teague, 76 of Burnet, formally of Killeen died August 29, 2012. She was born August 2, 1936 to John Harvey and Kate Reavis. She lived in Killeen for most of her life where she worked for over 30 years as a bank officer at First National Bank of Killeen. She was an active member of the American Business Woman’s Association. She moved to Country Oaks Assisted Living Center in Burnet in 2008 where she loved spending time going to garage sales, visiting friends and family and playing games. She never met a stranger and was described by many as “the sweetest person they ever met.” She always had a smile on her face.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Neal Teague and twin brother J.W. Reavis.
She is survived by her sister Billie Kunkel of Mesquite, TX. , sister-in-laws, Wanda Teague of Oklahoma, Daphne Reavis of Andice, Nephews John Reavis, Steve Kunkel, Randy Reavis, Joseph Reavis, nieces Kathy Rao, Suzanne Robinett, Shelley Williams, Christie Nixon, Molly Reavis and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 10:00-11:30am Saturday September 1, 2012 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. Graveside services will be 1:30pm Saturday September 1, 2012 at the Tobey Cemetery in Oakalla, Texas.
