He is survived by his parents, a brother Justin Ray Gardner of Killeen and a sister Jenna Joy Gardner of Killeen.
He's survived by maternal grandparents, Donald B. Ingram of Killeen and Beverly Joy Tuggle of Belton. John was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Harold and Gladys Gardner.
John battled the last three years of his life with heart issues and passed away peacefully at his home.
A celebration of life service for John will be held Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home.
