Kim was born in Killeen, Texas to the late Grady and Mary Ann Culp on December 2, 1958.
She is survived by her children, Sabrina and Justin Payne. Her mother, Mary Ann; brothers Greg and Jamie Culp and s sister, Sherri Wren.
She was a bright spot in every life she touched.
Visitation for Kim will be on Saturday, December 10, 2011 from 1-2pm at Church of Christ of Killeen. Funeral services will begin at 2:00pm at Church of Christ of Killeen with Minister Boyce Edwards and Minister Dan Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Killeen City Cemetery.
