I never knew Sgt Foster. I was working at Darnall at the time of her death and was hit by a SUV in the same area not long after. I think about her on the anniversary of my injury and I cant help but grieve her. It took me years to recover and for most of the first year I couldn't help but wish we could have traded places. I am so sorry for the loss of her friends and family and just wanted you to know that she is still thought of
