

Kyrie Aiden Salinas was born on Thursday, May 22, 2014, to Venice McKinney and Jordan Salinas, in Killeen, Texas. Kyrie was a very happy, energetic, loving, and affectionate child. He loved Hot Wheels, Monster trucks, food, football and dogs. Kyrie was in the 3rd grade and attended Willow Springs Elementary School, where he was a very helpful and intelligent student. He always enjoyed spending time with those he loved.
Kyrie departed his earthly life on Saturday, November 5, 2022, surrounded by family and friends. Kyrie is survived by his mother, Venice McKinney; father, Jordan Salinas; brother, Kylan; sister, Nova; Maternal Grandparents, Valencia (Ade) Pritchard and David Jones; Paternal Grandparents, Cynthia (Raul) Sanchez and Adam (Jeannette) Salinas; Maternal Great Grandfather, Robin Hargers; Paternal Great Grandparents, Janie (Frank) Rosales; one Maternal Aunt, Dajharia Jones; two Paternal Aunts, Desiree (Roberto) Garcia, and Ayeli Salinas; one Maternal Uncle, Javon Jones; “Bonus Dad,” Marquavius James; Godmother, La’Keitra Montgomery; Godfather, Damian Steptore, and a host of loving cousins, family and friends, who will all miss him dearly.
A Visitation for Kyrie will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will occur Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 1:00 PM. A Committal Service will occur Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
