Burial will follow in the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
PFC Agyekum died November 2, 2014 in New Braunsfels. He was born on August 22, 1981 in Africa to Anthony Kwaku Gyasi and Elizabeth Akua Badu.
Survivors include his mother; his wife, Pearl Agyekum, and son, Joseph K. Agyekum, both of Africa.
A time of visitation will be held from 11 am to 12:30 pm at the funeral home.
