Lula LaJuan Levi

She is a graduate of Lampasas High School and Brown Business School. She had a 30 year career at the City of Killeen. She was a member of the Killeen Garden Club, the Bob Gilmore Senior Center and Memorial Baptist Church.

After retiring she loved a good game of Dominos or Cards at the Bob Gilmore Center and traveling. But, her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

LaJuan is preceded in death by her parents brothers Clarence Walker, Russell Walker and Lonnie Walker; sisters Lynette Lee, Bessie Gore and Mary Walker; and a grandchild Jessica Denson.

She leaves cherished memories to her son Jeffrey Levi (Tanya) of The Woodlands,TX., daughters; Cathy Denson (Jim) of North Carolina and Juanice Filippelli (Mark) of Euless, TX., one brother Harold Walker (Rachel) of Cedar Park, TX., sisters; Ina True of Bedias, TX, Peggy Perkins of Georgetown, TX., and Merel Dean O’Bryant (Oliver) of Alpine,TX, 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday, September 4, 2017 from 2-4 pm at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Killeen. Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 10am at Memorial Baptist Church with burial to follow at Smith Cemetery.
