Mildred Lucero Lubina

Born on 16 January 1959, Philippines and passed away peacefully on May 9, 2014 at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas with her family and friends at her side. Pre-deceased by her parents Emilio Sr. and Carmen Lucero and her brothers Juanito and Antonio. Survived by her brothers and sisters Consuelo Canosa, Cora Lucero-Williamson, Emilio Valencia Lucero Jr, Ruben Lucero, Norma Irene Lucero Subido, Gloria Lucero Fernandez, and William Lucero, and her loving nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Mildred dedicated her whole life in nursing with a passion in serving others and touching the lives of many others across the world such as Saudi Arabia, Germany, Kansas, and Texas. She dedicated much of her service at Metroplex Hospital in Killeen, Texas. She was also an active church member in Christian House of Prayer, and joyfully served the Lord inside and outside the church.

She will be greatly missed by many.

Services will be held at 6:00PM on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen with a reception following at the funeral.

Visitation will be held before the services from 4:00-6:00 PM.
