He looked me in my eyes one day and told me “ your going to be a damn good z Fireman one day” and at that time its the thing I wanted most. Then I seen him when I got back from Iraq and he tried to get me started back in the program, but everything was different for me. But I will always remember him, he was awesome. I never became a fireman but I do own a company that sells Fire Truck Parts. West Coast Fire Sales 

Ralph is a staple in many of our hearts.  He took me under his wing like his very own day one at Central fire station and CTC EMT school.  After getting out of the Army and becoming a fireman it was nice to come to central and work with him who I felt I knew all of my life.   Loved his one liners which I still repeat to this day.  "Well ....that dog just ain't gonna hunt.". Always kept us true and having a good time!

Ralph will truly be missed. Our families go back a long way. Knowing we are not blooded related, but having the same last name, he would always call me his sister. His heart was truly kind and generous.  He will be missed. My prayers and thoughts go out to each of his family members. 

I am so sorry for your loss,i pray for all of you. It seems like I knew him forever, he always made me laugh...he was a good man.😇🙏

Ralph was one of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. When my son was young, he wanted  more than anything to be a fireman. I took him to the station one day, and Ralph made it "rain" for him with a fire hose. My son was amazed that Ralph had super-powers, both as a fireman and a man. (It started raining right after Ralph shut off the hose.)
I worked with Ralph, and loved him dearly.  He will be missed.
I am so sorry for your loss. May you find the comfort you need, and peace in knowing how beloved he was.
