Funeral service for Robert Eugene Ellis 33, of Rockwall will be Friday, October 10 at 130 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. He passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2014 in Moody. He was born April 10, 1981 at Ft Polk, LA to Bobby and Kathy Gibson Ellis. He married Mary Vrabel on November 10, 2001 in Escondido, CA.
He was a GySgt in the Marine Corp and was stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA, Norfork, V A and Quantico, VA. He did three tours in Iraq and two in Afghanistan.
He is survived by his wife of 12 years, four children, two brothers and his parents.
There will be a time of visitation on Friday from 11 AM to 130 PM.
Burial will be at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery with military honors.
