Funeral Service for Robert Santiago Otero, Sr 66 of Killeen will be on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Crawford-Bowers in Killeen at 1:30 PM. Burial will be at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
There will a visitation for 5-7 PM with a Rosary at 6 PM on Monday, January 11, 2016 at the funeral home.
