Sharon was born on June 17, 1944 to Marcella and Donald Moll in Wells, Minnesota. She was the eldest of eight children.
She met Gary L. Dixon during her first year at Mankato State University. They wed in 1965, going on to have two children, Mark and Gail.
Sharon was a devoted mother that focused on raising her two children until the youngest was in fifth grade. She was very loving to all that became a part of her life. She enjoyed traveling with her husband on their Goldwing, sewing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Marcie and Don; her husband, Gary, and her brother, Tom Moll. She is survived by her son, Mark Dixon (wife Stacy); her daughter Gail (husband Jeff) , and her three granddaughters Alexis, Brooke, and Abigail, along with her siblings Marilyn, Marcie, Lisa, Cheryl, Johnny Bill, and Jim, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
