Son T. Tran

He was born March 6, 1961 in South Vietnam and passed away June 8, 2013 at his residence in Killeen.

He was raised and educated in Greencastle, Indiana. He was an Executive Chef for over 30 years in fine dining to include Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Eddie Merlot’s in the Indianapolis area. His passions in life were his children and his love for the culinary arts.

He is survived by his parents, Harry and Kim Tran; wife, Kim T. Tran; sons Adam and Matthew Tran; daughter, Victoria Tran; brother Bruce Tran; sister Kieu Thu Nguyen, sister Melissa Nguyen, sister Linda Tran O, brother Chau T. Tran, brother Robert Tran, brother Minh Tran, brother Michael Long Tran; brothers in law, sisters in law, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is from Noon to 2pm on Friday, June 14, 2013 prior to the service at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home which, is in charge of arrangements.
