Sook Hui Yi

Services for Sook Hui Yi, 61, of Harker Heights will be on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Killeen, burial will follow at Killeen City Cemetery. Mrs. Yi passed away Dec 30, 2011, at her residence with her family by her side.

She was born Aug 17, 1950, in Seoul, Korea to Mr. Boo Geun Moon and Mrs Young Boon Kim.

Mrs Yi and husband Chong Sup Yi owned and operated Hilltop Restaurant in Harker Heights.

She was preceded in death by her parents in Seoul, Korea.

Survivors include her husband, Chong Sup Yi; son, Howard Yi; two brothers and two sisters of Seoul, Korea; mother-in-law, Hui Pak of Atlanta, GA; three sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, Lawrence and Kil Cha Holly, Killeen, TX; Jamie and Chong Sil Salvat, of Lawrenceville, GA; German and Linda Olano of Lawrenceville, GA; host of nieces and nephews of Atlanta, GA; numerous friends and customers in Central Texas, and a special thanks to Mrs Marie C. Powers of the Scott & White Hospice Team.

A time of visitation will be from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at the funeral home.
