Stanley Earl Young Jr.

Funeral services for Stanley Earl Young, Jr., 19, of Killeen will be at 2:30 p.m. on Friday at Memorial Baptist Church. Pastor Kenneth Cavey will officiate the service. Burial will follow at the Killeen City Cemetery.

Mr. Young passed away Saturday evening in Killeen.

Stanley was born July 5, 1990 to Stanley Sr. and Stephanie Galvan-Young in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. He graduated from Shoemaker High School in 2008 where he was active in football and baseball. He was currently employed as a Sales Associate with Bed, Bath and Beyond in Fort Worth, TX.

Stanley is survived by a son Stanley E. Young III; his parents, Stanley Young and Stephanie Galvan-Young of Killeen; a brother, Stephan Young of Killeen; two sisters, Rachel Young of Clarksville, Tennessee and Stacie Young of Killeen; his fiancé, Rhonda Denmark of Killeen; a grandfather, Gregorio Galvan III of Austin, Texas; and countless other friends and family who loved him.

The family will have a time of visitation on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home.
