Steve was born to Alvin and Olga Blaisdell in Heidelberg Germany on June 6, 1959. His family moved to Killeen, Texas when his father was stationed at Fort Hood in the 1960s. Steve graduated from Killeen High School in 1978 and had a fulfilling career with the Army Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES), retiring in 2018.
Steve married the love of his life, Sandra, on August 11, 2008. Together, they shared a deep and abiding love that served as the foundation of their life together. The bond they shared was unbreakable, and their love only grew stronger with each passing year.
