

Memorial Service for Virginia Ann (Klein) Cornutt, 61, of Killeen, will be at 1 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2012 at Immanuel Lutheran Church at 1104 N 4Th St. Killeen, TX 76541-3411, Pastor Ray Zischang officiating. Committal Service will be at 2:00 pm Friday, October 19, 2012, at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 State Highway 195 Killeen, TX 76542-4945. Mrs. Cornutt died Oct. 13, 2012, at Scott & White Hospital in Temple.
She was born Nov. 5, 1950, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and raised in Lake Worth, Fla. where she met and married her husband of 43 years on 13 Sept 1969.
Ginny, as she was known, was a homemaker who cared deeply for her family, her husband, her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, as well as her many nieces and nephews. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Killeen. She became a Christian at a very early age, a faith that she held strongly throughout her life, and that was an influence on those around her. She had a big heart and touched many lives with her humor and kindness, she was always willing to help anyone in a time of need. Mrs. Cornutt was preceded in death by her father, John Klein; mother Hazel Blancett; and brother, James Bebber.
Survivors include her husband, Leonard (Skip) Cornutt; two children, Lorrie Lefler and William Cornutt, of Killeen. Her step father Robert Blancett of Lake Worth, Fla; a sister Susan Conklin and husband Stuart of Woodbridge, Va; three grandchildren, Courtney West, James (JP) and Jacob Lefler; and two great-grandchildren, Isabelle Wilson and Stormie Wilson of Copperas Cove, Tx.
