It is with heavy hearts that I share the passing of my dad, Wilbur Witt Jr.
Dad lived a full and creative life, leaving his mark through a lifetime of writing and producing country music, authoring books, and even bringing stories to life on film in recent years. His passion for storytelling and his one-of-a-kind spirit touched many lives along the way.
And just like the cowboy at the end of the trail, this is where Weird Wilbur rides away.
He is survived by his brother, Scot Witt and wife, Karen; sister, Deidre Powers and husband, Vern; children, Wilbur Witt III and wife, Pamela, and Timothy Witt; his grandchildren, Tyler, Austin, Jordan(AJ) , Kylie(Hunter), Kerrie, Nick, Chris, Steve, and Justin; and his great-grandchildren, Grey, Isla, and Tristyn, and Ezra.
