Willie attended elementary school in Rocky Point, NC, and later in Philadelphia where he earned many awards. In 1955, his parents moved the family to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At an early age, he realized he had a gift for working with numbers and excelled in math throughout school. While attending High School, he became ill his sophomore year and missed a year of school. However, he was not discouraged, Willie attended night school and worked during the day, once his health improved, he earned his High School Diploma. November 23, 1964, Willie married Ollie Mae Creecy, and that union produced three children. His journey continued with him landing a job at Liberty Savings and Loan where he later became an accounting executive. His employment with Liberty Savings and Loan spanned over 25 years. While working full-time, he attended Temple University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. In 1992, the Halls moved to Texas, where Willie worked at Hall’s Residential Treatment Center as the payroll coordinator. In 2003, he began a new journey with Central Texas College first as an accounting tutor and then as a payroll coordinator. He remained in that position until he retired in 2013. In 2008, Willie worked with the Chrome Cruzer M/C outlying the financial aspects of starting a new club. When Willie was not at work, he enjoyed reading and going out to eat with Ollie. Willie will forever be remembered as a quiet-loving man.
