Amy was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Porter. She is survived by her daughter, Cathi Hill and husband Ron; son, Donald Porter and wife Cynthia; grandchildren, Alexandra Porter, Ryan Porter, Anissa Hill and Trey Hill; sister, Paula Hurst; brothers, Paul Fariello and Ken Fariello.
Funeral services will be held at a future date in Long Island, New York.
