

Anaya Janelle Arredondo, a brave and compassionate young soul, passed away on November 24, 2025. Born on June 3, 2013, Anaya was a resident of Humble, Texas. Her life, though brief, was filled with love, kindness, and resilience.
Anaya attended Jack Fields Elementary and Ross Sterling Middle School, where she was known for her loving nature and loyalty to her friends and family. On July 12, 2025, Anaya was baptized as a Jehovah's Witness, marking a significant milestone in her faithful journey.
Anaya's family was the center of her world. She is survived by her devoted parents, Connie and Luis Arredondo Sr., her cherished siblings, Xavier, Jalynn, and Luis Jr., and her beloved grandparents, Maria Ester Arredondo, Jael Contreras, and Gilberto Contreras Sr. She also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever hold her memory dear.
Anaya had a passion for life that was evident in her personal interests. As a true foodie she had a love for different taste, from seafood to spicy and sour. She always enjoyed creating her dance videos and other challenges to upload to social media. Anaya also enjoyed movie nights with her family, dancing, singing, swimming, and riding the 4-wheeler.
She loved spending time with friends and sharing her faith with others, two of her favorite scriptures were Revelation 21:4- "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Psalm 83:18- "May people know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are most high over all the earth."
The family extends special thanks to Anna Prudowsky, Joe Rowell, HLC, Ashton, Uncle Omar, All the medical staff of TCH, the Ross Sterling family, and the Homestead family for their loving support and kindness during this difficult time.
A visitation will be held at Kingwood Funeral Home, located at 22800 Highway 59 N, Kingwood, Texas, on November 30, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm.
A graveside service will take place at Brookside Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX, on December 1, 2025, at 10:30 am.
Procession from Kingwood Funeral Home to Brookside Funeral Home will take place at 9:30 am.
Anaya Janelle Arredondo's smile was contagious, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
