She was born in New York City on July 21, 1934, to George Ramsey and Ruth Carhart Ramsey.
Anne attended Bucknell University and met her husband Bob while there. The couple raised two children, and Anne worked as a secretary for Allstate Insurance Co. for 20 years before retiring at age 60. Her hobbies included golf and travel.
Anne is survived by her children Sue and Jim; Sue's husband Lance; Sue's daughter Alison; Alison's husband James; and Alison and James' three-year old son Wade.
